WOW Recruitment is seeking a confident and engaging Outbound Appointment Setter to join a growing, purpose-led education business.
This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who is confident undertaking outbound calls, enjoys building rapport and wants flexibility without sacrificing impact or professionalism.
You will be calling both new and old leads, individuals who have already engaged with the business in some way, and your role will be to guide conversations, qualify interest in the service and book consultations into the Director’s calendar.
What you will be doing
- High volume outbound calling with a clear meeting conversion outcome
- Booking consultations and strategy sessions
- Building trust quickly through warm, empathetic conversations
- Qualifying interest and readiness before booking appointments
- Updating CRM accurately with notes, outcomes and follow-ups
- Rescheduling cancelled appointments to keep calendars full
- Objection handling with care
What you bring
- Experience with outbound customer cold calling, appointment setting or similar
- Confident, polished phone manner with strong conversational flow
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections calmly & empathetically
- Motivation to work towards daily activity KPIs
- Strong attention to detail and CRM discipline
- Ability to work independently from a professional home setup (must have own laptop and access to Microsoft Office)
- Sales or education experience highly regarded
