WOW Recruitment is seeking a confident Appointment Setter to join a leading financial services organisation specialising in mortgage broking, financial planning and super advice.
This is a high-energy, phone-based role working with warm leads, where your focus will be building rapport, qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for Financial Advisors.
You will work within a structured sales environment using a well crafted script, while also bringing your own personality and initiative to conversations. This role suits someone who does well in KPI-driven environments and enjoys turning conversations into opportunities.
What you will be doing
- Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Booking qualified appointments for Financial Advisors
- Conducting initial fact-finding conversations with prospective clients
- Working towards daily KPIs including call activity and booked meetings
- Accurately logging activity and notes within the CRM system
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- 2+ years’ experience in appointment setting, sales, or outbound phone-based roles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence working within KPI-driven environments
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, resilient mindset and positive attitude
