As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads, booking appointments, and conducting initial fact-finding conversations. You’ll work with a dialler system and scripts, while also using your initiative to build rapport and drive results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Booking appointments for Financial Advisors
- Conducting fact-finding conversations with qualified leads
- Consistently achieving daily KPIs (appointments & call targets)
- Accurately logging all activity in the CRM system
- Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth handover of leads
- 2+ years’ experience in appointment setting, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
- High level of motivation, organisation, and attention to detail
