WOW Recruitment are looking for an Art Director with a strong artistic eye and a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences.

As part of a collaborative creative team, you’ll dissect briefs, craft moodboards, and map out concepts that set the foundation for designers to deliver exceptional work.
You’ll stay close to the process, guiding designers, refining ideas, and ensuring every detail aligns with the vision and client objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the artistic direction for experiential events and spatial design projects.
- Transform ideas into clear creative foundations that inspire the design team.
- Work closely with designers and producers to maintain quality and consistency.
- Think about flow and materiality, ensuring every space tells a story.
- Lead with empathy, listen, elevate ideas, and keep creativity thriving.
- Proven experience as an Art Director, or Senior Designer, in experiential, interior architecture, or other adjacent industries.
- Strong conceptual and artistic approach with originality and variety of materiality in your portfolio.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with designers.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or CAD/3D skills
- Comfortable working on sizeable budgets and high-end projects.

Salary
$110-120k + Super
