Our client is seeking a driven Branch Supervisor to take ownership of a busy wholesale trade outlet in Keswick. This is a hands on leadership role where you will oversee daily operations, lead a small team and play a key role in driving sales performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and building strong relationships with trade and wholesale customers.

What you will be doing
  • Overseeing day-to-day branch operations including opening/closing, order processing, deliveries and returns
  • Leading, motivating and supervising a small team to achieve sales, margin and service targets
  • Managing stock levels, inventory accuracy and coordinating replenishment with suppliers or warehouse teams
  • Providing expert product knowledge and pricing guidance to trade customers
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints and special orders professionally
  • Supporting branch financial performance including budgets, forecasting, margins and expense control
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and managing key accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS, company policies and standards
  • Driving a positive, customer-focused culture through hands-on leadership
What you bring
  • Previous experience supervising or managing a trade branch or store
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and performance-manage staff
  • Proven customer service focus, ideally within wholesale, trade, or industrial sectors
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of WHS and operational compliance
  • Confident communication skills and professional presentation
  • Forklift licence and HVAC industry experience  desirable  but not essential
