What You'll Do
- Own a revenue target and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly budgets.
 - Build and progress pipeline by managing inbound leads and running targeted outbound campaigns, and converting event/webinar/boardroom interest into meetings.
 - Conduct high-quality Discovery and Exploration sessions to diagnose challenges, quantify their impact, and align recommendations with outcomes.
 - Present and persuade: deliver crisp sales presentations, handle objections, and negotiate to close.
 - Forecast with precision: maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage, improve cycle times, and deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
 - Collaborate to convert: partner with Marketing, Events, and Partnerships teams to maximise meeting set, show-rates, and meeting-to-close conversion.
 
What You'll Bring
- 2-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales (SMB/mid-market)
 - Proven record of exceeding targets.
 - Mastery of discovery, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
 - CRM discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred) and a metrics-driven mindset.
 - Strong written communication for outreach, follow-ups, and proposals.
 - Coachable, competitive, and collaborative; brings energy and urgency.
