🎯 About you:
- Experience selling products or platform-based solutions (preferably recurring/licensing revenue).
- Confidence to initiate conversations with C Suite and key decision makers
- Strong outbound and pipeline-building experience.
- Proven success in converting trial/pilot users into committed long-term customers.
- Ability to anchor value in outcomes and business performance, not just features.
- Ambitious, driven, internally motivated, and someone who believes in performance culture.
- A natural connector who enjoys building deep relationships.
🔧 The Role:
- Build and own the revenue pipeline for enterprise licensing and platform sales.
- Identify and engage decision-makers, including Sales Directors, Engineering Heads, COOs, Business Unit Leaders, and CEOs.
- Lead conversations around organisational capacity, decision-making quality, and productivity outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle—outbound, qualification, pitch, negotiation, and close.
- Deliver demonstrations and executive briefings that showcase measurable performance uplift.
- Launch pilot engagements and expand licenses into whole-of-team/whole-of-organisation adoption.
- Maintain structured forecasting and drive toward quarterly revenue growth targets.
