Territory: Sydney South East - High performing Territory! 
Salary:$90K - $100K + Super + Uncapped Commission

We’re on the lookout for an energetic Business Development Manager to take over an established and high-performing Sydney South East territory — one of the company’s most profitable regions, with a loyal customer base and plenty of opportunity to expand even further!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of established accounts within your territory.
  • Reignite and nurture relationships with long-term industry partners.
  • Drive new business through proactive networking and lead generation.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face visits with panel shops and key partners.
  • Use a mobile CRM to track performance, manage pipelines, and report on results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in business development, account management, or field sales.
  • A proven track record of hitting targets and growing existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a relationship-first sales approach.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your territory independently.
  • Experience in the automotive or related industry is a bonus, but not essential.
