What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the phone. Manage relationships with 2,000+ existing clients, ensuring they stay compliant and on track with their mandatory training.
- Lead the operational flow—managing everything from enrolment processing and invoicing to accounts receivable.
- Become the "go-to" expert for Monday.com and Vet Track, ensuring student data is flawless and "next step" actions are always triggered.
- Work closely with the BDM, Trainers, and CFO to keep course schedules tight and results flowing seamlessly.
- Assist with content management and presentation design to ensure training materials remain top-tier.
- A Natural Relationship Builder who is an articulate, persuasive communicator who genuinely thrives on phone-based interactions.
- You take pride in your accuracy. Whether it’s an invoice or a qualification record, you have the focus to get it right the first time.
- You are a fast learner who can master platforms like Microsoft Suite, and Student Management Systems in record time.
- You might be coming from Real Estate or Retail —you know how to stay organised with admin tasks and "dollar-productive" in a fast-paced environment.
