We are looking for a Client Success & Retention Coordinator who understands that retention is the most important sale.

What You’ll Be Doing:
70% Relationship Management & 30% Operations
This is a high-visibility role where you are the commercial engine of the client journey. You aren't just answering phones; you are protecting and growing a portfolio of 2,000+ active clients.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to ensure 100% training compliance and renewal. You are responsible for "saving" accounts and maintaining loyalty.
- Work alongside the BDM to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within our warm database.
- Own the end-to-end flow—from enrolment and invoicing to managing Accounts Receivable.
- Using Monday.com and VetTrack, ensuring student data is flawless and every "next step" trigger is pulled.
- Working towards KPIs for commission incentives.
