A reputable global agency that’s looking for a Creative Director to join them on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. This role sits across some major tech and consumer brands and is heavily digital… web, platforms, social, cross‑promotional work, plus pitching for new business.
There’s also a really exciting international element to the work. You’ll work on global campaigns, big product launches, and creative that reaches audiences well beyond Australia.
If you’re a CD who’s comfortable navigating complexity, leading a multidisciplinary team, and shaping strong digital work within a structured environment, then this will be right up your street.
The role
- Leading digital creative across major tech and consumer brands
- Driving pitches, shaping campaign responses, and presenting to senior clients
- Overseeing designers, finished artists, UX/UI, and motion
- Managing end-to-end creative: concept → design → production → delivery
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and navigating a highly engaged leadership group
- Translating briefs and business goals into clear, strategic creative
Key skills
- 10+ years’ experience in agency environments
- Strong digital background - platforms, product, tech brands
- Experience pitching and presenting ideas clearly
- A portfolio that shows solid digital craft and thinking
- Someone resilient, pragmatic, collaborative, and able to work with a highly engaged client
