WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a fast growing telecommunications business within their Customer Experience team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, supporting customers end-to-end and improving the overall service experience. You will play a key role within the team, managing escalated enquiries, supporting call centre agents and helping ensure customers receive fast, accurate and compliant support.
MUST HAVE full working rights in Australia (citizen, permanent resident or partner visa) to be considered.
What you will be doing
- Responding to customer support queries across multiple channels (phone, email and live chat)
- Troubleshooting service faults and taking ownership of escalations
- Handling customer activation requests and verifying online orders for dispatch
- Managing payment disputes, chargebacks and internal complaints
- Monitoring high-risk transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- MUST HAVE previous experience working in a customer contact centre environment
- Experience within telecommunications, IT or regulated industries highly regarded
- Experience resolving complex customer enquiries or escalations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools
- Mandarin language skills advantageous but not essential
