WOW Recruitment is seeking an Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator to support a global organisation that helps businesses hire, pay and manage workers all over the world, based in Melbourne’s stunning CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong recruitment administration, HR or contractor management experience who enjoys managing compliance, proactive problem solving, documentation and client communication in a fast paced environment.
What you will be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for onboarding queries from clients and workers
- Coordinate documentation, contracts and visa/work rights checks
- Maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Liaise with payroll and invoicing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Respond to queries and escalations in a timely manner
- Support HR related processes such as timesheet reviews, performance management and health & safety
- Experience in an onboarding, recruitment, HR, contractor management or high volume customer service role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional and vibrant personality, happy to be on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Work with a global business in workforce solutions, with potential for a permanent role
