The Opportunity

Are you a multitasking pro who loves the energy of a fast-paced environment? Our client is a global leader in the digital entertainment space, currently experiencing a massive growth phase in Australia.

Based in stunning, modern, loft-style offices in Alexandria, this team is set to double in size this year. We are looking for a Customer Service Operator who is ready to move away from rigid call centres and into a dynamic, "family-style" environment where high performance and personality are genuinely valued.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, focusing on account management, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Provide expert product information and help users navigate platform features.
  • Manage sensitive conversations regarding account limits and user well-being with empathy and professional training.
  • Help test new digital products and software before they are released to the public.

Who You Are
  • You must have proven phone-based customer service or contact centre experience.
  • You are a CRM expert who can navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously with high accuracy.
  • Since this is a hybrid role, you are trustworthy and self-motivated when working remotely.
  • You are available to work a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday roster.
  • You have a bubbly, positive personality and thrive in a professional-yet-casual environment.
