Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Coordinate order bookings, returns, and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
- Accurately input data into systems in a timely manner
- Assist Coordinators/Allocators with job-related inquiries and changes
- Address customer concerns, including pricing and quotations, with professionalism
- Cultivate strong relationships with carriers and customers
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
- Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment.
- Experience of working in logistics would be preferred - highlight anything relevant in a cover letter.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently.
