WOW Recruitment is partnering with a leading vehicle rental company known for providing quality vehicles and a premium customer experience. We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly Brisbane branch and deliver exceptional service that goes above and beyond expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Greet clients, manage bookings, process rentals, and handle enquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Process payments, bonds, and vehicle returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Maximise vehicle utilisation by managing bookings, availability, and client needs.
  • Support the Branch Manager and wider team with reporting and general operations.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced, people-focused role.
  • A friendly, proactive, and professional approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A current unrestricted driver’s licence.
  • Experience in vehicle rentals or travel is highly desirable.
