What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet clients, manage bookings, process rentals, and handle enquiries with care and professionalism.
- Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Process payments, bonds, and vehicle returns accurately and efficiently.
- Maximise vehicle utilisation by managing bookings, availability, and client needs.
- Support the Branch Manager and wider team with reporting and general operations.
- Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced, people-focused role.
- A friendly, proactive, and professional approach to customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Experience in vehicle rentals or travel is highly desirable.
