This permanent, full-time role is based 5 days a week onsite in Macquarie Park.
Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 + Super
Shift: 8-hour rotating roster, flexibility required for shifts between 6 AM - 7 PM

About the Role: Your Impact
You'll be the crucial link, liaising with customers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure every delivery is executed with precision. This isn't just customer service; it's about meticulous coordination of vital shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Time-Critical Coordination: Manage outbound calls for freight updates and inbound calls for inquiries, shipments using GPS tracking for critical planning.
- Problem Resolution: Collaborate closely with drivers, supervisors, and logistics partners to swiftly resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
- Order Management: Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring clear and constant communication with all stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with drivers, carriers, and valued customers.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience is Key: Previous experience as a busy medical receptionist or in a logistics customer service role is highly preferred.
- Customer Service Expertise: Proven customer service experience in an office environment, ideally within a contact centre setting.
- Adaptability: Flexibility with hours and shifts, able to work 8-hour shifts rotating between 6 AM - 7 PM, with availability for extra shifts as needed.
- Essential Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based tools.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work effectively and proactively with minimal supervision.
