Customer Success Manager (e-commerce SaaS) | Shopify & Magento Specialist (fully remote)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

You must meet these four non-negotiable requirements to apply:
  • E-commerce Expert: You know Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce. You understand how online stores make money and manage their tech.
  • SaaS Success Record: You have a history in B2B Customer Success. You drive retention, adoption, and upsells. You are not just support.
  • Technical SME: You lead great product demos. You can translate complex client issues into clear tasks for developers.
  • Startup Mindset: You are a proactive self-starter. You use data to prove ROI and thrive in fast-paced, lean teams.

  The role:
  • Perform product demonstrations and tutorials through Video Calls
  • Engage clients and walk them through onboarding, training and customer support
  • Be a sponge for customer feedback and endeavour to improve customer experience
  • Work strategically with the technical and sales teams to provide optimized customer service
  • Regularly check in with clients and troubleshoot enquires
  • Provide strategic analysis of each clients unique situation using data
  • Collect feedback through customer surveys and NPS scores
  • Upsell and cross sell additional services where appropriate
 
About you:
  • Strong relationship-building skills, focusing on adding value to your clients
  • Prior experience in a customer service/support role in Software or E-commerce is needed
  • Able to communicate with a both technical and non-technical audience
  • Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive customer centric mindset
  • Must be self motivated
