MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem. Must understand client revenue drivers, pain points, and core platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Proven track record in B2B software Customer Success. Must demonstrate success in managing client portfolios, maximising platform adoption, increasing retention, and actively driving upsell/expansion revenue.
- Confident ability to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). This includes delivering advanced technical demos, leading product training sessions, and efficiently translating complex client issues into precise requirements for the Engineering/Dev team.
- A proactive, self-starting individual comfortable establishing strategy in a lean, high-growth environment. Must anchor client relationships in data-driven optimization and achieving measurable commercial outcomes.

The role:
- Perform product demonstrations and tutorials through Video Calls
- Engage clients and walk them through onboarding, training and customer support
- Be a sponge for customer feedback and endeavour to improve customer experience
- Work strategically with the technical and sales teams to provide optimized customer service
- Regularly check in with clients and troubleshoot enquires
- Provide strategic analysis of each clients unique situation using data
- Collect feedback through customer surveys and NPS scores
- Upsell and cross sell additional services where appropriate
About you:
- Strong relationship-building skills, focusing on adding value to your clients
- Prior experience in a customer service/support role in Software or E-commerce is preferrable
- Able to communicate with a both technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive customer centric mindset
- Must be self motivated
