- Keep campaigns live and learning across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn - no need to be a guru in all three.
- Refresh copy and creative for ads, emails, and landing pages - clear, on‑brand, and to the point.
- Partner with SEO and performance agencies - when something’s working, you move: update assets, tweak targeting, capture the win.
- Build and maintain email journeys - nurtures, basic automation, and segmentation in HubSpot (or similar).
- Share the story in the numbers - pull lists, track performance, and surface next steps.
- Support the Marketing Manager so projects ship on time (timelines, asset requests, stakeholder comms).
- 1–3 years in marketing (in‑house or agency).
- Strong in one of Meta/Google/LinkedIn - curious and willing to learn the others.
- You know how to get your message across - whether you’re pitching an idea or problem‑solving with your team.
- Hands‑on with HubSpot (or another CRM) and email nurturing/automation basics.
- Familiar with SEO fundamentals and how performance channels fit together.
- Organised, proactive, and quick to turn feedback into action.
- Salary:$75,000 + super
- Hybrid: 3 days in the Mascot Office, with 2 days remote per week
- Growth: Expansion hire with room to broaden your channel skills and scope
