Responsibilities:
- Own Meta Performance: You’ll be the hands-on lead for Meta - building audiences, briefing/iterating creative, launching campaigns, and optimising to CPA/ROAS outcomes with disciplined budget pacing.
- Build an Experimentation Rhythm: Run a consistent A/B testing cadence across creative, copy, hooks, offers, targeting, placements and landing paths - document learnings and roll winners into BAU.
- Drive Lifecycle Comms: Build and execute email newsletters and nurture journeys - segment lists, test, launch, track, and continuously improve performance.
- Flexible & Hands-On: This is a role for someone who’s happy to jump in - from campaign briefs to reporting to collaborating with internal stakeholders to keep execution moving.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, with practical experience running performance campaigns on Meta (budgeting, pacing, optimisation, creative iteration).
- You’ve done well in an environment where you’re close to the work - moving quickly, owning outcomes end-to-end, and collaborating day-to-day with a small, high-accountability team.
- You know how to get your message across - whether you’re translating a brief into a channel plan, briefing creative, or turning messy results into clear next steps stakeholders can act on.
- Strong capability in testing, measurement and reporting – and the discipline to keep tracking clean so performance decisions are based on truth.

Salary
$120,000 -130,000 + super
