We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join a boutique ecommerce business based in North Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and seeing the direct impact of their work.
You will join a tight-knit team of around 15 people where production, fulfilment and marketing all operate under one roof. This role suits a digital marketer who is confident with paid social, has some CRM experience and enjoys working closely with founders in a practical, non-corporate environment.

This is a well-established consumer ecommerce business with multiple product lines and a loyal customer base. The culture is friendly, down-to-earth and collaborative. You will work closely with the founders and be supported by a junior content creator, as well as external consultants for Google Ads and SEO.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns, mainly across Meta
- Assist with email marketing and CRM activity, including basic EDMs and flows
- Oversee a junior Content Creator
- Review content and creative with a strong eye for what looks good and fits the brand
Key skills
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta paid social
- Some experience with CRM/EDMs (Klaviyo is a bonus)
- A good eye for content, visual quality and brand storytelling
