Marketing is central to the business’s success, with the sales team relying heavily on digital lead generation. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure marketing drives measurable ROI.
The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the key driver of digital performance, focusing primarily on paid social advertising while ensuring strong lead generation across multiple channels.
You’ll be responsible for taking control of campaigns, reducing cost per lead, and leveraging technology to deliver results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising paid social campaigns (Facebook – the business’s #1 revenue driver).
- Taking ownership and leading the CRM/automation system strategy (GoHighLevel – or similar) to streamline workflows, build campaigns, and drive adoption across the business.
- Reporting on campaign performance, with a sharp focus on ROI and CPL targets.
- Supporting broader marketing activity, including website content updates, digital asset management, and ad hoc initiatives.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
- The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing specialist with a proven track record in paid advertising and lead generation.
- You’ll be data-driven, results-focused, and confident in shaping the digital direction of the business.
- Proven success with Facebook Ads – scaling campaigns, reducing CPL, and driving revenue.
- Strong experience with CRMs and automation platforms (GoHighLevel – or similar
- Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of performance marketing.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with both creative and sales teams.
- Familiarity & understanding with Google Ads and SEO (desirable, not essential).
- Sustainable Energy Solutions industry experience is not required – but passion for impact-driven businesses is a plus!
- $80k-$90K + super (open to flex depending on experience)
