This is a unique opportunity to join a leading Business Coaching/Consultancy. They are creating a brand new, highly influential role to provide specialised, hands-on implementation support to their growing base of clients.
This isn't a typical agency job; it’s a hybrid Digital Marketing Expert/Implementation Coach position designed to truly empower entrepreneurs and SMB leaders.
The Role: Technical Expertise Meets Business Coaching
You will serve as the crucial link between marketing strategy and practical execution for the consultancy’s clients.
- Hands-On Implementation Coaching: You will meet with members (SME owners and entrepreneurs) to help them get into the nitty-gritty of their digital marketing—specifically Google and Meta Ads campaigns. You will not just advise; you'll help them implement, monitor, and optimise their systems.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Produce clear, insightful reports and lead training sessions to help members genuinely understand their funnel performance, analytics, and key metrics. This involves demystifying agency reports and turning data into tangible, actionable knowledge.
- Knowledge Transfer & Mentoring: Serve as a technical mentor, elevating the member’s foundational marketing knowledge so they can make more informed decisions about their next steps and any external agency relationships.
- Team Collaboration: This role sits within the Coaching Team, where you will integrate technical marketing expertise into the wider business coaching curriculum.
We are looking for a communicative digital expert with the following:
- Deep Technical Expertise: Demonstrable, hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Data & Analytics Confidence: Experience using tools like Google Analytics and platform reporting to interpret performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
- The Right Personality: You must be a clear, confident communicator who can articulate technical concepts simply. This role requires someone who will be proactive, engaging, and highly comfortable with client interaction.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a digital agency or as an in-house Paid Ads Specialist for an SME/e-commerce business is highly valued. Understanding of the entrepreneurial/SME environment is key.
- Coaching Mindset: A genuine desire to teach, mentor, and empower business leaders who are not marketing professionals.
