Be the hands‑on account owner: plan, build and optimise performance campaigns that turn ambitious goals into measurable growth - without the 30–50 account grind.
What you’ll do
- Own a focused client portfolio of member businesses - run discovery, strategy, execution and reporting end‑to‑end.
- Plan, build & optimise Meta and/or Google Ads, including audience and creative testing, budget pacing and bid strategies.
- Diagnose & iterate with clear hypotheses (audience, offer, creative, landing page) and turn insights into next actions.
- Advise like an account manager, execute like a specialist - manage stakeholders and the ad accounts.
- Report what matters - CPL, CPA/CAC, ROAS and contribution to pipeline, via clear, client‑friendly dashboards.
- Agency experience running Meta or Google Ads with a track record of shipping high‑performing campaigns.
- Hands‑on capability across campaign structuring, conversion tracking, creative testing and measurement frameworks.
- Client‑facing confidence - clear communication, proactive recommendations and expectation‑setting.
- Growth thinking - you connect ads to landing pages, funnels and nurture, not channel metrics in isolation.
- Warm pipeline & trust‑based relationships: clients come via the member community, so you start with momentum and buy‑in.
