- Guide customers over the phone through life insurance applications with accuracy and compliance
- Conduct tele-underwriting calls to gather important risk-related information
- Process new business applications, onboarding, and servicing requests efficiently and compliantly
- Collaborate with key teams including Underwriting, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Suggest improvements to processes and service delivery to support ongoing growth
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or life insurance administration (financial services experience highly regarded)
- Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
- Ability to stay organised and accurate in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset that aligns with company values
