Join the Australian Museum as a Divisional Coordinator – Museum Experience & Engagement and play a pivotal role in supporting the Director and division responsible for creating inspiring visitor experiences. What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director, Museum Experience & Engagement.
- Manage diaries, schedules, meetings, and correspondence for senior leaders.
- Undertake research, analysis, and reporting to support divisional projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate divisional priorities.
- Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes for divisional meetings.
- Contribute to the delivery of projects that enhance visitor experience and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience as a Team Assistant or Coordinator supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Tessitura) advantageous.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
