- Highly organised with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Passionate about producing world-class events and helping clients bring their creative visions to life.
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of brand activations, B2B events, and public experiences.
- Working closely with a Senior Producer, Project Manager, and Event Coordinator within one of four dedicated project teams.
- Overseeing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships to ensure every project exceeds expectations.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a creative, diligent and supportive teamenvironment.
- Occasionally travelling interstate or internationally for high profile client projects.
