This is a part-time role (15–20 hours per week), offering complete flexibility and work-from-home arrangements. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO, preparing reports, formatting documents, creating professional presentations, and assisting with website updates, while helping the business run smoothly.
What you may be doing?
- Managing the CEO’s diary, inbox, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, formatting documents, and creating presentations
- Managing sensitive and confidential information
- Supporting website updates and liaising with external providers
- Providing general administrative support and ad hoc tasks as required
- Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader
- Strong skills in reporting, document formatting, and creating engaging presentations
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience assisting with website content is highly regarded
