About the Role:
This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll support the executive team with diary management, meetings, travel coordination, correspondence, project follow-ups, and document preparation. You’ll also assist with finance and accounting administration, including invoice processing, expense tracking, budget monitoring, reconciliations, and liaising with finance partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-level support to the CEO and Executive Team
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and executive communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents
- Track projects, action items, and deadlines
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
- Assist with budget monitoring and reconciliations
- Support bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- Basic finance or bookkeeping experience, including familiarity with Xero or similar software
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a role that may evolve in scope
- Flexible, part-time hours
