We're looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst with strong FP&A capability who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders to improve how a business operates.
You are:
- Experienced across budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling
- Confidence working with large transactional datasets across multiple systems
- Experience in system-based finance environments (Xero, NetSuite, HubSpot, Power BI or similar)
- Exposure to revenue recognition and accounting guidance, ideally in a recurring revenue or SaaS-style environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with IT, operations and leadership
- A proactive, autonomous working style with a change-management mindset
- CA / CPA qualification desireable
- Familiar with working with diverse global currencies
- Experience within a public listed company, scaling revenue environment, or exposure to system implementations, integrations or M&A is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Delivering meaningful variance analysis (budget vs actual vs forecast)
- Improving revenue recognition processes across global entities and currencies
- Designing and implementing more scalable financial processes and controls
- Enhancing and automating reporting, dashboards and KPIs (Power BI exposure ideal)
- Working closely with IT to improve system integration rather than replacing platforms outright
- Supporting finance system enhancements, documentation and process uplift
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insights
