Our client is seeking a proactive Fleet Administrator to support their team until the end of February. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting teams, clear processes and stepping into a role where they can take full ownership of their tasks.
What you will be doing
- Providing general administrative support to the fleet operations team
- Answering incoming calls, emails and managing day-to-day communication
- Liaising with service centres to confirm vehicle details such as registrations and servicing
- Completing PPSR checks and accurately logging finance flags and sale restrictions
- Managing vehicle registrations
- Supporting insurance processes, including incident follow-ups
- Maintain accuracy across all documentation
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability
- Fleet management / motor industry experience or similar a must.
- Ability to work autonomously and pick up systems quickly
- Confidence communicating via phone and email
- Working Holiday Visa candidates welcome; ideal for someone seeking solid experience in a stable and well-structured environment
- Hybrid working arrangement once training is completed (Tuesdays and Thursdays in office, remaining days work from home if preferred)
