WOW Recruitment is seeking a confident and engaging  Customer Service Scheduling Assistant  to join an education services business.

This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for working parents who are confident undertaking outbound calls, enjoys building rapport and needs flexibility.

You will be calling individuals who have already engaged with the business in some way, and your role will be to guide conversations, qualify interest in the service and book consultations into the Director’s calendar.

What you will be doing
  • High volume outbound calling
  • Booking consultations and strategy sessions
  • Building trust quickly through warm, empathetic conversations with parents
  • Qualifying interest and readiness before booking appointments
  • Updating CRM accurately with notes, outcomes and follow-ups
  • Objection handling with care
What you bring
  • Experience with outbound customer calling, appointment setting/scheduling or similar
  • Confident, polished phone manner with strong conversational flow
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections calmly & empathetically
  • Motivation to work towards daily call KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail and CRM note taking discipline
  • Ability to work independently from a professional home setup (must have own laptop/PC, fast internet and access to Microsoft Office)
