What You’ll Bring
- Passion for people and customer experience - you genuinely enjoy helping others
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house experience
- Professional, proactive, and reliable approach to your work
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience in car rental or travel industries is a plus, but not essential
- Be the welcoming face of the branch, greet clients and ensure every customer feels valued
- Manage vehicle bookings, returns, payments, and enquiries with care and attention
- Keep operations running smoothly and support the Branch Manager as needed
