WOW Recruitment are seeking a Head of Growth to join a high-growth digital healthcare scale-up.
 
This is a rare opportunity to lead growth for a flagship brand, owning acquisition, creative performance, and budget allocation. You’ll have the autonomy to scale what’s already working while shaping the next phase of growth. The bar is high — we’re looking for someone bold, commercial, and creative, with instincts sharpened in subscription businesses.

This digital health business is on a mission to tackle some of the world’s biggest healthcare challenges. Since launch, they’ve raised over $100M USD from global investors (the same backers as Canva and AirBnB), scaled across six countries, and launched multiple category-leading brands.

The Role
As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building and executing the growth strategy for their leading healthcare brand. This role is for a hands-on leader — someone who can shape strategy, jump into performance channels directly, and allocate budgets with rigour.
 
The role balances commercial ownership with creative instinct. You’ll decide high-level channel mixes, guide the creative system, and optimise spend across performance and brand channels. With strong foundations in place, your focus will be scaling efficiently while driving category-defining creative and measurable results.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Own end-to-end growth strategy, spanning acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Allocate and optimise large media budgets with strict CAC and ROI targets.
  • Partner closely with creative teams to deliver high-performance advertising and campaigns.
  • Lead structured testing and experimentation across paid and brand channels.
  • Drive full-funnel optimisation: from Meta and Google ads through to website and in-app experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Leadership to align growth to company strategy.
  • Act as a commercial leader, providing clarity, feedback, and direction across all growth pillars
 
About You
You’re bold, commercial, and creative, with a proven track record of delivering growth in consumer-facing subscription businesses. You thrive on ownership, enjoy being hands-on, and are ready to step up into the biggest role of your career.
 
We’re looking for:
  • 5–12 years of experience in Growth or Marketing.
  • Experience in consumer-facing subscription businesses
  • Background working in or leading in-house creative systems.
  • Proven success allocating medium–large budgets and driving measurable results.
  • Strong instincts in health, telehealth, or longevity categories.
  • Hands-on capability with Meta and Search platforms.
