The Team
You’ll join the digital and growth function, which represents roughly 70% of the organisation’s headcount. This team includes:
- A leader responsible for digital strategy and commercial performance
- Head of CRO
- Ecommerce Lead
- Data Engineering
- Graphic Design
- Paid Search (currently a contractor, moving to a permanent role)
You’ll also collaborate closely with the operations and production division, led by a separate function that covers supply side activities.

Responsibilities
- Own social strategy across all major channels (TikTok, IG, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Act as the brand’s cultural radar — identifying trends, moments & opportunities in real time
- Balance big‑picture brand thinking with hands‑on execution
- Build a repeatable engine for short‑form content, storytelling & experimentation.
Key Skills

- Deep social leadership experience within a high‑growth consumer brand
- Proven ability to move fast, test constantly & build culturally relevant content
- A pulse on what’s trending right now — formats, memes, creators, movements
- Strong experience managing UGC, influencers & creator‑led content
