- Experience with high-volume calls, and Power BI is highly advantageous
🎯 About you
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in inside sales, call centre or a showroom consultant is highly advantageous
- Confident phone-based communicator with strong follow-up skills
- Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities
- Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office, and online calling tools, experience with Power BI would be an advantage
💼 The role
- Qualify inbound leads from internal and digital channels
- Identify projects early and understand customer requirements
- Provide clear product and quote information to support conversion
- Identify upgrade and add-on opportunities where relevant
- Maintain accurate CRM records and basic reporting
