Known for their innovation, product quality, and exceptional customer service, they’re now looking to add an Inside Sales Executive to their Sydney team.

The Role As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new opportunities across the signage, print, and visual communications sectors. You’ll work closely with external sales teams, providing product solutions and ensuring customers receive a best-in-class experience.
You’ll be working in a fast paced, collaborative environment, balancing relationship management with proactive business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers through inbound and outbound engagement
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell product ranges
- Maintain strong product knowledge across print media, vinyls, films, and signage materials
- Collaborate with external BDMs and internal departments to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain CRM records and ensure all sales activity is tracked effectively
- 2 + years’ experience in sales, account management, customer success or service type roles
- Industry exposure to print, signage, visual communications, or graphics
- Confident communicator with excellent phone and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proactive and motivated by achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment
