- Proven experience working to KPIs and sales targets
- Strong phone-based sales experience
- Ability to manage and convert inbound leads
- Background in product-based sales
- Confidence engaging with builders, designers and stakeholders
- Experience in specification sales, lighting, furniture or similar (highly regarded)
- Driven mindset with a strong desire to grow your career
