🎯 About You
- Experience working to KPIs and sales targets
- Strong phone-based sales background
- Confident managing and converting inbound leads
- Experience in product-based sales
- Comfortable dealing with builders, designers and key stakeholders
- Specification sales, lighting, furniture or similar experience (highly regarded)
💼 The Role
- Qualify and manage inbound leads
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Research prospects before outreach
- Handle phone and email communication
- Understand product applications and basic installation requirements
- Cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts
- Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets
- Attend trade events and client sessions when required
