- Lead and develop a team of 5 BDR’s in a high-performing sales environment
- Full-time position in their office in Surry Hills!
- Solar industry sales experience required.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the Sales Team: Manage and support a team of 5 BDRs to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Team Development: Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to develop a high-performing sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee inbound and outbound sales activity to ensure strong lead generation and conversion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve team performance.
- Client Engagement: Support the team with complex customer conversations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Work with leadership to refine sales processes, scripts, and strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on solar trends, equipment, and competitors.
What you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; University/college degree in a related field is a plus.
- 3+ years experience in solar or renewable energy sales.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior sales experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of solar energy, government regulations, and sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, lead teams, and analyze trends.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Strong interest in renewable energy.
