WOW Recruitment are partnered with a payment platform as they recruit a new Marketing Coordinator to support their sales team, events program, and day‑to‑day brand activity.

What you’ll do
- Produce sales‑ready marketing materials - one‑pagers, decks, brochures, case studies.
- Create on‑brand digital assets in Canva - social tiles, banners, event collateral.
- Plan and coordinate events & conferences - timelines, suppliers, registrations, booth materials; attend occasionally as needed (daytime).
- Draft and refine copy for web, email, and collateral; partner with agencies on SEO and paid - you’re not expected to run the ads.
- Prepare campaign assets for performance channels and update landing pages with provided content; QA links, forms, and basic UTMs.
- Keep the engine tidy - manage the asset library, follow brand guidelines, track asset usage, and support simple reporting.
- 1–3 years in marketing or comms (in‑house or agency).
- Strong copywriting and editing, with a clear, on‑brand style.
- Hands‑on in Canva (or similar) - you turn a brief into polished assets.
- Event basics: vendor liaison, logistics, timelines, and on‑the‑day coordination.
- Organised, proactive, and quick to turn feedback into action - you like helping Sales win.
- Salary: $75,000 + super
- Hybrid: 3 days in Mascot, 2 days remote
