WOW Recruitment is partnering with a leading medical logistics company in Macquarie Park, a business with a powerful mission to improve healthcare outcomes. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to join a collaborative team on a permanent, 4 am shift.
This isn't your average customer service role. You will be a crucial link in a time-critical supply chain, managing the end-to-end journey of vital medical shipments. Your work will directly contribute to life-saving deliveries, making a tangible difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Solve problems and coordinate urgent deliveries for critical clients.
- Manage a dynamic workflow, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound communication (phone and email).
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure every delivery is on schedule.
- Take full ownership of jobs, from booking and modifications to issue resolution.
- Utilise GPS tracking and other systems for precision planning and execution.
- Contribute to process improvement and team efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in transport logistics and customer service.
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or a similar fast-paced operational environment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in a contact center or a role involving high-volume phone and email communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
