This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administration, or medical reception experience who enjoys being hands-on, interacting with patients, and ensuring the clinic runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule and manage appointments using Nuookal
- Process payments, billing, and Medicare claims accurately
- Maintain accurate patient records while upholding confidentiality
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Experience in medical reception, administration, or customer service
- Proficiency with Nuookal practice management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation, highly organised, and attentive to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- 30 hours/week, Tue–Thu
