WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive and personable Office All Rounder to join our client in the meditation and wellness space. This role is diverse and dynamic, perfect for someone who enjoys combining traditional administration duties with creative and content-driven tasks.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the Director while also supporting catalogue, app, and content management projects. You’ll also play a key role in supporting an exciting in-person event in November, making this a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills. What you will be doing?
- Manage phone and email correspondence
- Act as the Director’s first point of contact for all administrative tasks
- Process and manage invoices via Xero
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate couriers and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Maintain front office and kitchen areas, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Manage catalogue, app, and content, including social media publishing
- Provide creative input across website, app, events, and vendor coordination
What do you bring?
- 2–3 years of proven administration experience
- Interest in the meditation and wellness space
- Strong initiative and adaptable to changing priorities
- Approachable, professional, and relationship-focused nature
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to pick up new systems/software
