About the role
This role is based in the heart of Sydney CBD. You’ll focus on identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle through outbound prospecting and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- $75k + Super + OTE $125k (Uncapped)

About you:
- Previous sales experience in Tech, Fintech or B2B is ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Coachable mindset – able to take feedback and run with it
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
The role:
- Manage a daily sales call cycle, qualify leads and convert them into new clients
- Meet monthly sales targets, working within a short sales cycle
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Explore new sales prospects and negotiate with clients
- Use Salesforce to track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene
