What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Director with day-to-day admin tasks
- Assisting with client documentation and follow-ups
- Meeting and greeting clients and managing reception duties
- Keeping the office organised and running smoothly
- Coordinating emails, bookings, and general admin tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc duties and general office support
- Previous admin, reception, or office support experience
- Strong communication and a friendly, professional manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to juggle tasks in a busy environment
