Partner Success Manager – Global Fintech.

WOW Recruitment is working with a global leading FinTech, operating a high-traffic marketplace that connects millions of users with tailored products. As they scale their commercial footprint, they are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their high-performing team in Sydney.

In this role, you will be the primary link between the platform and its most strategic partners—ranging from major banking institutions to disruptive digital lenders. You will blend relationship management with deep commercial strategy to ensure the marketplace remains the premier destination for consumer credit.

Location: Sydney – Hybrid / Flexible working Salary:$115,000 - $130,000 + Super + Bonus Sector: Fintech / Digital Partnerships / Financial Services

🔧 The Role:
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted partnerships with senior stakeholders across a portfolio of leading lenders and financial institutions.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify and capture new revenue streams by integrating partner products into the platform and defining high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • The Voice of the Partner: Act as a critical internal advocate, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and CRM teams to ensure partner needs drive platform innovation.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Interrogate performance data to uncover marketplace trends, spot growth opportunities, and deliver high-level business reviews to partners.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation for new and existing commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with quarterly growth targets.
🎯 About You:
  • Financial Services Expert: 5+ years of experience within Financial Services, Fintech, or Consumer Credit. You understand the mechanics of credit decisions and the lending lifecycle.
  • Strategically Connected: A strong networker with the ability to navigate complex partner organisations, from C-suite executives to credit risk and marketing teams.
  • Highly Analytical: You are comfortable working with large datasets to interpret trends, identify anomalies, and translate insights into commercial action.
  • Ownership Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. You are adaptable, ambitious, and comfortable working toward outcomes rather than just output.
  • Credit Logic: A solid understanding of credit risk and decisioning processes is highly desirable, particularly within the credit card or personal lending space.
