WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer / 180 Recruiter to join our client, in the hospitality sector. This role focuses purely on candidate management and delivery — no account management or business development required. You’ll step into a high-volume recruitment environment where your sourcing skills will make an immediate impact.
What you will be doing?
- Source and attract hospitality talent across multiple roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep talent engaged throughout the process.
- Coordinate interviews and assessment centres between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s brand.
- Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to deliver on urgent hiring needs.
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Resourcer, or 180 Recruiter.
- Strong candidate generation skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work at pace, manage multiple roles, and hit deadlines.
- Hospitality recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Focus purely on sourcing and delivery, no BD or account management.
- Make an immediate impact by helping scale high-volume recruitment needs.
