WOW Recruitment are proud to be an exclusive recruitment partner for the largest carrier joint venture HVAC distribution company. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing customer service and administration support to the sales team.
What you will be doing:
- Process incoming sales calls, faxes and emails in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Process customer orders using Oracle.
- Raise and track credit requests.
- Respond to requests for prepared quotations for Dealers.
- Determine and maintain appropriate stock levels in conjunction with sales managers.
- Co-ordinate all deliveries for Dealers and other customers.
- Assist in updating of product information catalogues and data.
- Attend to and process all warranty calls, faxes and emails in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assess customer queries and provide an appropriate course of action.
What you will bring:
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in Customer Service and Administration.
- Strong administration skills, organised, thorough, systems orientated with good attention to detail.
- The ability to create a positive impression with a professional and courteous manner and a desire to continually strive for superior client service.
- Proactively problem solve and participate within a team environment.
- Experience using Oracle is desired.
